The greatest benefit for cows is the significant reduction in stress on joints and pressure points. When a cow lies down, it drops more than five centimeters—placing several hundred kilograms of pressure on joints and specific body areas. On hard surfaces, this can cause damage.

How Does the CCS System Work?
The gel mattresses are filled with a powdered gel that is mixed with water during installation to create the gel. After filling, a seal with a regulating valve is attached, which connects via an air hose to a control panel. The panel constantly monitors and automatically adjusts the internal pressure to maintain the desired softness. This ensures every mattress retains consistent softness, and individual softness levels can be set as needed. An entire barn can be operated using a single gel pump.
