Laying and Connecting the Mats:

Fig. 1: Shows the general layout principle. Ensure mats are not laid too tightly together.

Extra information:

  • Concrete base should be at least 10 cm thick.
  • Asphalt layer should be at least 3 cm thick.

Mats with Scraper Systems:

Fig. 3.1: Keep a 2 cm distance between the mats and cubicle area
Fig. 3.2: Keep a 1 cm distance between the mats and the rail
Fig. 2.2: Mats can be connected in any direction

Adjusting the Mats:

Mats can easily be cut with a sharp knife. Holes can be made for posts, pipes, etc.

3. Securing Mats to the Floor:

To prevent mats from shifting, each mat should be secured to the concrete.

  1. Drill holes through the mat if needed

  2. Position the mat and drill into the floor where marked

  3. Remove the mat and insert the expansion plugs (see Fig. 4)

  4. Clean drilling dust, replace the mat, and tighten screws until slight resistance is felt (see Fig. 5)
    Repeat this for all mats.
